1:1 NUTRITION COACHING

DISCOVERY SESSION


This FREE 20-minute session is designed to help you to understand how holistic nutrition can help you reach your personal health goals. This initial meeting allows you to share your health concerns and learn about my approach to health and what can be expected when working together. 

KICKSTART YOUR HEALTH - $150

2 sessions - Initial Consult  +  Follow up 
 

This would be the start of a process that will involve a transition to long term changes, reduction in symptoms, and a path to increased vitality. In these sessions, we will look at your health goals, dietary habits, stress and energy levels, and more! I want to get as many details as possible so I can develop a plan that is unique to you and for you to see results.

  • 45 minute follow up session

  • Diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations

  • Handouts, recipes, meal ideas and tips

  • Guidance, support and accountability

TOTAL HEALTH  - $275
3 sessions - 1 hour Initial Consult + 2  follow ups

 

This package allows us to dig deeper and get closer towards the root cause of your symptoms. If you are looking to revive your health and make lasting changes, then this package is for you. In these sessions, we will dig deep and aim to bring your body balance back. We will look at all areas to help you thrive and achieve optimal health.

  • 60 minute full assessment 

  • 2 x 45 minute follow up sessions

  • Individualized health plan

  • Diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations

  • 7-day Meal Plan specific to you with key foods  

  • Handouts, recipes and tips

  • Guidance, support and accountability

  • E-mail support between sessions  

Follow ups: $60/session

Need additional support to keep you on track? In this session we will sit down and discuss what’s working, what’s not working and if we need to make any modifications. This session is aimed to provide you with support, accountability and if any modifications need to be made to your plan. We will discuss the next steps towards achieving your nutritional goals.

The Process

When you book your first appointment, you will be emailed an intake form

and 3 Day Food Journal. This information is essential to help develop a wellness program that addresses your needs, goals and interests and is safe and effective.

All information is kept confidential.
 
After our initial meeting, you will walk away with a few action steps that you can implement right away. Your complete detailed health plan will be presented in our second meeting where we will review Report of Findings (ROF). 
 
Subsequent visits can be booked to review your progress, maintain accountability and make appropriate changes to your plan. 

Can I do just one session?

 

While the research and my own experience has shown that people are much more successful when they have regular follow ups, you are not locked into any set number of subsequent visits. Please note, the more complex your situation is, the more time we may need together.

 

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Please notify me 24 hours in advance of your appointment if you can not make it. Late cancellations will be charged half the fee of the session.

 

 

How long does it take to get results? 

You will need to put work into your program to see results so it will vary. It will require commitment, some planning and dedication if you want to see results. 

 

 

Are the sessions in person or online?

Depending on where you live and preference, sessions can be done either video chat, phone or in person.
